The AI advice out there is written for corporates with IT departments, or it's someone selling you their own software with a chatbot bolted on. Whether any of it helps your business is close to a coin flip.
You deserve better odds than that. So we built a check, not a pitch. A few quick questions, a score out of 100, and the three changes that win you the most time back. Named plainly, priced honestly, ranked by hours.
What we believe
Most small businesses don't need "an AI strategy". They need the job sheets to stop being retyped, the invoices to chase themselves, and the quotes to go out the same day. Some of that is AI. A lot of it is switching on things you already pay for.
The biggest wins are usually the least glamorous. We're fine with that. Hours back are hours back.

Plain English, always
If a recommendation can't be explained in one sentence over a coffee, it doesn't go in the report.
Advice first, building second
The check and the assessment tell you which tools win your hours back. If you want them built, configured or automated, that's a separate step. Never a surprise line item.
No skin in the software game
We don't resell tools or take commissions. Recommendations are ranked by hours back, not margin.

Who you'll deal with
One specialist, start to finish. The person who takes your first email runs your Pro Assessment, writes your plan, and answers your questions for the 30 days after. No account manager, no junior who "picks it up from here", no handoffs.
That's deliberate. Advice like this only works when the person giving it has actually seen how your week runs, and stays on the hook for whether the plan delivers. Small is the feature.
