The Pro Assessment tells you which tools win your hours back. Building them comes after, and only if you want it.
Advice, not a build
You get a plan: which tools, which settings, in what order. It's written so you could hand it to anyone: your team, your IT person, or us.
We can build it after
Setup, configuration, integrations, automation development. All separate services, quoted once you've seen the plan. Entirely optional.

What actually happens in the Pro Assessment?
A 45-minute session with a specialist, remote or in person, walking through how your business actually runs: your tools, your workflows, where the hours go. Within a few days you get a written plan covering every fix worth making, with costs, setup times, and the order to do them in. Then 30 days of email questions while you act on it.
Do you set the tools up for us?
Not as part of the assessment. It's advice, and the plan is yours to act on with anyone. If you want us to do the setup, configuration or automation development, those are separate services we quote once you've seen the plan. Plenty of businesses do it themselves; the plan is written to make that possible.
Do I need the free check before the Pro Assessment?
No, you can book the assessment directly. But the free check is a good way to see how we think before spending anything, and if you've done it, we start the session already knowing your score.
What does "5+ hours a week or it's free" actually mean?
If the Pro Assessment can't identify changes that would realistically save your business at least five hours a week, we don't invoice you. You keep the plan either way.
How soon do I get the plan?
Within three business days of the session. Quick wins are flagged so you can switch things on the same week.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. A standard NZ GST invoice, payable by bank transfer. It's a business expense for most.
Why is the online check free?
It's the best ad we could think of: five minutes of our thinking, applied to your business. Some people take the score and run, and that's fine. Enough people want the full assessment that the maths works.
