What does $195 a month cover?
Everything: the build, adding it to your website, hosting, changes, rate updates, help when you need it and a monthly report. There are no setup fees or extra charges.
When do I start paying?
When your estimator goes live on your website. The proposal and the build cost nothing up front.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, 12 months from launch, because the build is included in the monthly price. After that it is month to month and you can stop with a month's notice.
What if my prices change?
Tell us and we update them, usually within two working days. Rate updates and other changes are included.
What is in the monthly report?
How many people used your estimator, how many sent a quote request, which jobs and options they picked, and the price ranges they saw.
I have more than three services. Can you cover them?
Yes. Tell us what you do and the proposal will cover it, with the monthly price set out before we start.
Why is your price plus GST?
We work with businesses, and GST-registered businesses claim the GST back, so business prices are usually shown plus GST. The prices your customers see on your website always include GST, because they are homeowners.
Can I pay once instead?
Yes, for $2,950 + GST. That covers the build and 30 days of help after launch. Rate updates and other changes after that are charged per change, and there is no monthly report. Most owners find the monthly plan better value.
What happens if I stop?
We take the estimator off your website. Your price ranges and the quote requests you received are yours to keep.
What do you need from me?
Your current prices, or a handful of recent jobs and what they cost, so the ranges match how you really charge. Then your sign-off on the ranges before anything goes live.
