- Tradify: it doesn’t offer a public API, so we can’t read or create jobs in it. We can still help with the inbox and with Xero, such as overdue invoice chasing.
- AroFlo, WorkflowMax or something else: tell us what you run. If it has an API, a flow is often possible, and we’ll check on a free 20-minute call.
Who we’re not for
- Sole traders and teams under about five. There isn’t enough repeated work to pay back a build.
- Anyone after an AI receptionist or website chatbot. We don’t build those.
- Training days or an AI strategy deck. We build working flows, not slides.
Software questions
Why do you only work with these systems?
Because doing a few well beats doing everything badly. We know how ServiceM8, Fergus, Simpro, Cin7, Unleashed and Xero fit together, so your build starts from a working pattern instead of a blank page.
We use Tradify. Can you help?
A little. Tradify doesn’t offer a public API, so we can’t read or create jobs in it directly. We can still help with the inbox and with Xero, for example chasing overdue invoices. We’ll be honest on the call about whether that’s worth paying for.
We run something not on this list. Is that a no?
Not always. If your job or inventory system has an API, a flow is often possible. Tell us what you run and we’ll check on a free 20-minute call.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build on the systems you already have, plus a Make, n8n or Zapier account in your name. You pay those bills directly, at cost.
