What does “from $1,000 + GST” mean?
That’s the starting price for a single, straightforward automation. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
Do I need the report first?
No, but it helps. If you’ve had a report in the last 60 days, its $495 fee comes off.
How do I pay?
Half when you book, half on handover. Invoices are due in 7 days.
Who pays for the software?
You do, directly, in your own name. We’ll say what each tool costs before you agree.
How will we know it worked?
Before the build we agree one number to watch, like hours a week spent chasing payments or days to get paid. Thirty days after handover we measure it again and give you both figures in writing. If it isn’t doing what we expected, that’s what the 30 days of fixes are for.
What if it breaks after handover?
Fixes in the first 30 days are included. After that, the $150/month + GST maintain-only retainer covers upkeep.
Will it work with Xero or our CRM?
Usually. We build in tools you already have, or add one new tool.
Do I own it?
Yes. Everything we build is yours, and it runs in your accounts.
